From entry level to experienced roles, our Project delivery team are responsible for overseeing the build of our network. The team

- Ensure appropriate actions are taken with contractors
- Ensure compliance across the board to the SROH, NJUG guidelines and HAUC spec
- Are a single point of contact on all quality and build related issues and will take full ownership throughout build with the support of our project managers

Our Field Engineers perform a range of essential tasks:

- Installations
- Fibre break fault fix (fibre testing & splicing) and minor civils / correctional works
- Ensure our customers receive an unrivalled experience

We look for Engineers experienced with fibre and / or installation experience and those looking for a break into the sector. We offer clear training pathways and a track record of offering progression.

Based out of our HQ in Abingdon, the Customer operations team deliver a premium service to all our customers.

- Dealing with a range of enquires from providing technical support right through to account and billing queries
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries, and handling communications professionally and efficiently through a mixture of channels, including but not limited to phone, email, webchat, online forums, and social media.
- Be an ambassador of the Gigaclear brand, displaying empathy with a calm and methodical approach, in turn delivering premium customer service.
